self diagnosed.

ok, i'm hoping i'm not the only person with this problem. i obviously don't know the medical name for it...all i know is that it's got to stop.

dry nostril syndrome.

it's ruining my life. i can't blow my nose. i can't rub my nose. and let's get personal....i've been getting bloody noses at work. seriously.

the only time i feel like i have normal nostril is in a hot shower....but then it dries out again, and cracks, and bleeds. it's been this way for almost a month now.

please. help me stop the maddness.

Nasal rinse/spray? Humidifier? Increase water intake?

I should be a doctor!

Did you know that I read your blog? I do because I love you :) Um....I am a nose specialist and actually just had sinus surgery and that is why I am posting this at 2:00 in the morning. I think you should try a sinus rinse. (Talk to Katie B about it too....she has had to do it) Get a NelMed sinus rinse, you can get them at Walmart. It is this little bottle thing that you put distilled water in and a little packet thingy of salt and sutff. You lean over a sink and shoot it up one nostril and it comes out the other, then you switch. Sounds weird but it really might help! Let me know yo.

Before you try the sinus rinse, (which are my least favorite things to do) just rub a little vasoline up there. That's what they tell people living in high altitudes to do when they get a lot of bloody noses.

Ha ha Brooke made it sound so fun :) I'm not gonna lie, it weirded me out at first, but it helps a lot! You should at least try it :)

They used to tell my sister to do the vaseline thing too because she got such bad nose bleeds.

I have that too! Wanna know the cure? I found it... and it's not vaseline.
